Guest speaker will be Jonathan Rees, Carers & Employment Officer of Carmarthen Council. Jonathan will give a briefing highlighting the difficulties carers face on a day to day basis and what employers can do to help support those employees with caring responsibilities to remain in employment and progress their careers.
