Chwarae Teg aims to ensure that women in Wales can live and work in a fair society. To do this we keep the issues that affect women, on the political agenda, and we work closely with the government, academics and industry to influence the development of policies to address them

However, that's just a small part of our work. We believe it is important to create and deliver hands-on solutions that give women the opportunity to make the most of their career potential. We've been doing this over the last 17 years by running programmes in Enterprise, Flexible Working, Childcare, Care Equality and Diversity across Wales, that have successfully supported individual women to enter the workplace and progress their careers.
