Flexible Working Practices - Innovative Ways of Working

Chwarae Teg and BT have teamed up to showcase flexible working in action at an Inside Welsh Industry event on September 23 in Cardiff Bay.

Flexible Working Practices - Innovative Ways of Working, which takes place at the BT International Data Centre, will include a number of practical sessions bringing to life modern working practices by demonstrating how new ways of working can attract and retain a diverse, talented workforce.

The sessions will be delivered by Peter Knowles JP, Chartered MCIPD, BT Workstyle, Business Development Director and Jane Nyhan, Senior Business Development Officer at Chwarae Teg. Both Jane and Peter bring a wealth of specialist experience as flexible working advisors to many Welsh businesses.

A tour of the International Data Centre and a visit to BT's Customer Showcase is included in the day.
