Aiming to discover the breadth of flexible working in Wales
Chwarae Teg are currently carrying out a survey to find out how many small or medium sized businesses (SMEs) in Wales operate flexible working systems or offer work-life balance benefits. We would like to understand what benefits employers are offering, how staff find out about these and what the effects are on the business. We hope that this information will allow us to promote the benefits of work-life balance and flexible working policies to businesses that are not currently offering these incentives.
